A 2003 post but I'll bite. I've seen firsthand shit like this happen all the time in Canada. The skin colour on the bitch is usually white though and the whiter trash the neighborhood the more frequently stuff like this occurs.
Fuck me if I ever get stuck in line at walmart again with 50 sweat pants wearing, no showering 400 pound diabetic, stinky mother fuckers surrounding me with their carts filled with processed, boxed and microwaveable carcinogenic foods picking their noses and cussing about nothing.
It's not a colour thing, its a class and education thing that comes from people that shouldn't have kids having kids and continuing the trend for generations.
