As far as the Cox problem, they are not a directly connected network. The problems that the users have been happening have been within Cox's network, outside of both ours and every directly connected transit provider that we connect to. We are doing everything possible. If anyone is still having a problem please email me directly with name, phone number, trace route into MojoHost and your actual IP address. I am also on icq but this information to email is most helpful.
Frustrating as this is, the problem is thankfully limited in scope to a subset of Cox users.
