How many scenes have you shot? If that new guy fails, im down $125 for makeup, $100 an hour for location(minimum 3 hours wasted). $100 agency fee, $150-$250 kill for the girl, depending how much was done, and $250 in crew. Who do you think pays that out? Not my client. They paid for a high quality completed scene.
These numbers do not include the money i dont make that day. Knowing all of this why would anyone try out a new unproven guy?
This is a business, and im only as good as the guys and girls i use. If im gonna risk all of that money on a new guy how would you recommend i try him out?
Before you answer watch this Porn Tryout
Remenber this thread??? Details inside on why i dont waste my time with new guys that say they can do this job of being a male performer. http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=911737
In short, if you are gonna tell me you can do this and you have never have done this before, you will do every stupid thing i can come up with to get your shot!

I am not questioning your decision to turn him away, I am however pointing out the idiotic way you are going to humiliate a other person just to entertain yourself, without regards to what it does to him.
If you want to be seen as professional, start acting like it.
I dont shoot content, never have and never will. For the simple fact I cant pretend I find them interesting enough to talk to during the breaks, and I have Zero Patience.
And I am sure models in general feel the same about me, and I accept that.
But I dont try and humiliate them for my own entertainment.
