well.....craiglist had also hooker ads all the time and its not illegal as we just collect ads money nothing more....so by usa law their is no issue...if you do not list such things like service etc etc ....so its a little dance on the line of the border and you are fine...thats it 
just in france....its totally nuts...but i dont care..they can cry day in and day out
