Well first of all the ticket you referred to #50861 was just received in our ticket system on Saturday night and since it was not of a critical nature it will be responded to by a Systems Administrator on Monday.
Secondly you have a previous ticket in our system of a similar nature that was responded to where the Systems Administrator requested additional information from you but has not received a response to date.
I will be happy to try and help you get this expedited. Having just reviewed both tickets and still being new to the industry I am not familiar with what type of signature you are requesting.
