Those that lands on paysites with absolutely shitty members areas. Those paysite owners that have a slight clue will rebill and rebill and rebill. Period.

Someone signing up for a site is willing to pay, already got his card out of his pocket and he's not doing that for 3 days. He's doing that to get the content he's looking for. Any paysite owner that knows how to retain could easily pay affiliates not $50, not $100, but $200 and still make money.

I was a HUGE per-signup supporter until I started to compare on long periods. There's not even a correlation, revshare on GOOD programs (usually NOT THE BIG ONES with a few exceptions) beats per signup on ridiculous numbers, something like 8:1 or 10:1 for the same paysite and/or niche.
