Yes.
But banks charge them for that. (my bank charges me $25 when I receive a wire transfer) epass is much cheaper for them. My partners are worried about fraud which is what has stopped us from doing it. There's 2 of them and 1 of me, so I get outvoted.
My idea was to get epass and then only offer it to carefully vetted webmasters that I know and do business with. So even if we did get it, we wouldn't offer that pay option to everybody. It would be on a case by case basis.
