It's not.
But everytime someone turn away a customer, its a new potential surfer to one of my own sites - so no way in hell I would help
The Broadband Household Penetration Rankings for Turkey is close to 38%, and there is 75 million people in Turkey. Anyone blocking surfers based on nationality is simply a poor webmaster who cant convert/funnel his traffic.
