Like the dick-in-hand surfer really expected to be charged over $100 for when a site has $2.99 or FREE plastered all over it.

Sure, the surfer should have read the terms (cause people are out to get him), but the business operator should have had a little better business ethics & respect for the people that put food on their plates & exotic cars in their driveways.

And people wonder why VISA hates us so.

We're sooooooooo going to get more regulation. As long as anything we do can be viewed as deceptive anyway.
