speaking in relation to "tubes"; manipulating loopholes in laws is the most advantaged paths to success. not sure how anyone can "blame" anyone for anything. fact of the matter is the tube guys pulled off the biggest traffic grab in the history of adult internet, and i think most people are more embarrassed and upset by that than anything. the anger is not harbored in the fact that they're stealing the content, it's harbored in the fact that the tube guys beat them to the punch. take away all the content on the tubes and regardless they still have all the traffic and thats not going to change. many people forget the true history of this adult internet, and that fact is many of the huge programs started the same way as pornhub did; with stolen content.
