Usually though there is no special opening line to use on a woman - merely find something in common or something about the area/situation that you find amusing. Women love a man who can laugh and make them laugh and feel good about themselves. Anything else is merely going to make you look like a player.
Best advice - be friends first - in your mind not create a fake "you" just to get laid. Plus during conversation don't bring up religion, politics or how much (if you do) gays or anything else your prejudice about - women tend to dislike closed minded guys especially if alot of her friends are gay.. not cool
