1) NEVER compliment a girl you are interested in when you first meet or see them. if she is there with a friend, compliment her friend on her hair, clothing, etc. if you say her nails look nice, they are going to think you are gay and hook you up with their gay cousin. A woman always wants what she cant have, so when she sees you going after her friend, this will spark a LOT of interest.
2) when you do talk to the girl of interest, DO NOT make it appear you are interested in her pants. make it a challenge for her to keep your attention. tell her some interesting fact about your self that she would think "wow, I have to get to know this guy." This is why girls like "hot guys" because they get all the attention. women LOVE being around attention and love to be around men who attention is brought to them
3) if the girl is by herself, like in a grocery store ask a generic question about whatever food is in that isle and how it will pertain to other women in your life. dont make it sound like you sit around in your house alone drinking 7up playing halo, or a bunch of guys coming over and your going to pound root beer.
