Thanks! Getting there. I haven't pushed myself nearly as hard as I should though. been doing 3 days on 2 days off lately. 100 pushups, 200 situps, 50 pullups one way 50 a diff way, and then the 2 to 3 mile run. I break that up and do 1 to 1.5 miles early in the day and sometimes with the dogs in evening or on my own later in the day. I also do toning curls with 25lb weights nothing heavy not bulking still. Toning for now. Do about 30 to 50 curls per arm in 10 to 15 rep sets. Getting ready to go for my run here in a bit.
