Sorry but I happpen to be Draconian in this sense.... Stick his fuckin ass in a cage and let him and someone else fight to the death.. if he says no, then shoot him in the leg and give one person the unfair advantage to make them fight...
This goes for crimes against other humans too, if you rape someone, your gonna get raped, if you kill someone with intent, your ass gets shot..
Sorry if this sounds harsh... but criminals will stop committing crimes then.. hopefully
