PLASTIC CONTRACTS ARE UNINTELLIGIBLE AND THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE BOGUS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME AND THEY DO SO WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE. PLASTIC YOU HANDLE WITH CARE AND USE SPARINGLY.

all sounds good when you say it, once you're in for an extra $100K and it's not done what do you do? walk away and not finish?
