i think her self confidence is permanently linked to her self-image as young & beautiful, & she is doing everything in her power to hold on, from plastic surgery to extreme diet & exercise.
This shouldnt be too suprising given the uproar that Jennifer Love Hewitt & Jessica Simpson went through when they put on a few pounds.
