You talk about Customer Serivce being outsourced as though its the fault of the customers.. Well its the fault of the LAZY ass people they have to hire, Pay good salaries and then give them 4 to 6 breaks a day to go and smoke and in general do NOTHING.

Then they send the work off shore and things get done.. I dont like the off shore CS either but at least the phone gets answered.
