completely agree..portion sizes are crazy in the USA....i remember when good ole Damian (magic guy) came to visit and he ordered a simple burger & fries...this plate was overflowing with food...he ate like 1/3 of what was on the plate and said..done
growing up italian, that was my issue later in life...i was raised to "clean your plate".easy to do when youre a kid and running around outside all day (yeah im dating myself..kids today dont run around, they sit and push "X" to run)...as portions got bigger and my lazy computer desk sitting ass got bigger & lazier...this motto doesnt work...when i lost my weight it mainly started with retraining my brain to what a portion was....now i order and eat about half and then send it away.....
