the business is full of flakes, which is why someone who approaches it in a serious business like manner, showing up on time, looking good, the right wardrobe, hair & makeup, no bags under the eyes from all-night partying, doing the ancillary things like attending conventions, fan meets, cam, etc...should be appreciated more. imho
