Guys.. I just need to jump in on this.
The address that is given out to some businesses (EU relocated merchants) is a mail forwarding address for EU presence. There is a legal partnership (Swedish entity) that enables some clients to utilize EU acquirers. So it is a full valid address, but they does not belong to the same merchant, and all merchants do not need or want to relocate, so this is just for a few merchants.
