I've never had it happen to me but it does happen to alot of guys. The key is that you have to be skilled at timing your cumshots as well as keeping your concentration without letting any outside thoughts interfere with your performance. Hell, I have been in videos where I was the only guy with four or five different girls (with no takes and full 30 minute videos) and I always came out just fine with my performances. Out of the 150 or so adult videos that I have been in, never had any problems.
But yeah, it takes alot more than just fucking some girl. Male performers need to be able fuck the female talent according to the directors needs. They need to be able to last long enough, be able to follow directions while they are fucking and they need to be able to put on a great perfomance....all at the same time and throughout the entire scene. And if it makes a male performer uncomfortable to have other people in the room, they don't belong in this business.
