Yes, the costs are also relative low. They do not host the content.
The biggest risk is the potential lawsuits. Some guys were jailed, and new owners are additionally going to charge for the use? Yeah right. I wouldn't be surprised if the real buyers turn out to be someone who are tired of fighting against the website.
