I am going to relaunch an old blog. It currently has old version of WP and relatively confident the theme won't work any more.
To be honest, I haven't started a new blog myself in 5 years, so kind of looking around to see if I can figure out what kind of options it "must" have. Layout would be pretty basic as it would have a graphic header then primarily text for the content.
It won't be a blog that looks like a TGP.
