I have a mainstream dating site and want to do payment processing that allows affiliate payments. Just like CCbill or epoch.
Anyone know if PayPal does this? Id rather use PayPal for this.

I called PayPal and everyone I spoke with is a foreigner from like India so they dont know shit.
