Winter - Ski 2-3 times a week, weights 1 or 2 times a week.
Spring and Fall - mtn bike most weekends and also ride the bike when i have to go to the store for something small. Weights twice a week.
Summer - Swim, weights twice a week and some indoors aerobic stuff (elliptical, bike). If it is cool enough in the morning (which it often is) I will ride the bike too.
