I'm looking for some information on the various processes that go into credit card processing. Everything from gateways to CCBill style processors to in-house processing.

What I'd like to find are flowcharts for the various ways credit cards are processed.

I'm not doing my google searches correctly because all I'm finding are bits and pieces, nothing comprehensive.
