I did Shaolin Kempo kung-fu (Short Fist) for 3 - 4 years.
I quite enjoyed it. Never wanted to use it to 'kick ass' - from a physical perspective it was great, from a training purpose it was very interesting also.

I enjoyed it - a great experience.
