Single payer system is the only way to go.
If there is a private component, then the insurance companies are only going to take the healthy and dump the unhealthy onto the government.
What the GOP doesn't want to admit is that the single payer system will save the U.S. money.
Otherwise, private insurance companies reap profits from the healthy and the Treasury takes on the unhealthy.
Stop listening to lobbyists, think tanks and politicians and use some common sense.
