2 thoughts on those ---
1) Stores that sell them need to have a sign saying "You must be THIS hot to buy this skirt"
and
2) Otherwise known as the 'rape me' skirt. I pitty the first girl that has to go to court and explain on cross what she was wearing when the alleged incident occured.
