That sucks that the refund situation hasn't gotten any better for you. I really thinned out my focus on the neon program after all my chargebacks hit, so I don't have any recent info to gauge the terribleness of the situation.

Video Secrets. I don't know how the WL's are set up at neon, but you can point pretty much every promo tool from VS to your WL. Kinda nice dropping those into your other sites.
