What's the over/under on how long it'll be before some drunk asshole straps one of those on and either
A) flies over another boat, hitting the occupants with the high-velocity water
B) gets going as fast as possible, loses control, goes over land and drags that water-sucking boat with him -- all of a sudden, it's sucking air
Both sound like Wile E. Coyote territory to me, and I personally know plenty of people who are capable of doing either of the above.
