there's nothing in the article (or any of the articles i've read about the matter) that even remotely suggest she was shitcanned, let go, or released. fact is, the negotiations were private.
did they want to keep her there? i'd say so.
did they want to give her a raise similar to the others? no.
why? who knows. personally, i liked seeing her on the show and i thought her and kara had good chemistry on screen.
and speaking of kara, she doesn't have a deal done with ai either, that doesn't mean she's been shitcanned, let go, or released.
