You understand that police are trained to handle those situations much better? Before cracking someone skull, they need to assess the situation, see if anyone is in immediate danger, if not they need to spend more than 5 sec trying to convince the person to drop their knife... especially if it's a 8yo kid or a senile 80yo granny... lol
And when this cop got her wrist, he didn't need to follow with a judo throw and crack her head..
I wonder what tune you'll sing if ever your granny end up suffering from senility, pull out a small knife for whatever reason... and get her head cracked open by a simple minded cop who thought this was the right thing to do...
