Question: Why would a good consultant/idea man need a job if he were actually a good consultant/idea man? Would he not use his own consultation/ideas and be wildly successful instead of having failure in his history?

I hate to agree with anything that 12clicks says but IMO he got it right when he stated that Will76's skill set is...just being an ass...as he was before he was banned.
