Really depends on what you like most, high PPS payouts or lifetime revshare. You want to use standard tools (fhg, iframes, rss feeds, etc.) or you want to have a custom white label using your own domain and branding. You want to promote european, latin, or asian girls? Best thing you can do is try and match the cam sites you choose to use with the niches you are promoting. You can try out several different sponsors and get a feel with what works best for you and your traffic.
