The question here isn't if he can sell 100 hotdogs in an hour, its can he MAKE 100 hotdogs in an hour, for 8 hours a day.
Say he sells 1000 hotdogs a day, makes 5k but those still have to be bought, cooked, stored somewhere, needs buns, etc.
I doubt they make THAT much...
