Second and more important, and let me preface this by saying that I HATE lawyers, for an employer to PUBLICLY fire an employee is both unprofessional and irresponsible. Up here, a lawyer would be all over it so fast it wouldn't be funny. The reason? "Emotional distress". The EMPLOYER would probably be the one in the end looking for work, while the employee would get a nice settlement.
You might consider just reading before you start going off.

If you sign a contract with a 6 month probationary period, you can pretty much be fired for anything during those months. The boss doesn't even need a reason.
