Last time I heard of something like this was when MSNBot first started out... was kinda like a retarded web spyder, ramming into indexe pages sometimes thousands of times an hour or days. Heard one lady actually had a bandwidth bill for her crochet or knitting site.
So maybe it's the Bing user agent?
