I don't know about photos, I think you have to keep that pretty PG-13, but for links I know we get traffic to Swappernet from Facebook. Not really from anyone abusing facebook but from swingers genuinely discussing the site. I think I've seen some amateurs with Fan pages on there too, so I would say I think it's possible if you're not too in your face about it, blasting the links out there every 5 minutes, etc.
