the "Take note for the future, attend and invest your marketing budget in the shows that deliver the MOST VALUE, MOST ATTENDEES, and the MOST DECISON MAKERS" was just puffery, "look at what we have done, and in the future, put your money where it gets the most impact"

nothing wrong there except it apparently got an emotional reaction out of xbiz
