You need to be a bit clearer on what you offer. 40% is your top tier which less than 5% of your webmasters will ever see. Most will only earn the 25% revshare on one of your sites and 15% on the other two. 15% is at the bottom of cam sponsors in terms of revshare, for years your company only paid 10% revshare and was considered the lowest paying cam sponsor. Many of the companies currently paying revshare 25 - 35% do so from the beginning, you don't have to be a top webmaster to achieve that.
