They have two options now... What he was referring to is in the new "Games on Demand feature on the Marketplace where you can purchase and download FULL 'retail' games and you don't need the disc. A couple titles that come to mind that I know are up there are BioShock, Burnout Paradise, COD2, Bad Company - I think they have 30+ titles going for around $30 each or less.

The other option that's been around for little while now is that you can load several of your games onto the HD - for supposedly faster load times. You do need the disc for this feature.
