But by doing so that means they are doing something wrong. Anyone doing legit business has nothing to fear. I would assume filling in false numbers would break their TOS along the way somewhere.

Did you all see that, in addition to ID and a copy of the card, they want a copy of your bank statement or credit card statement before they will let you withdraw your funds?
This is the second company I've seen pull this sort of thing in the past month and I think it is just a sign of a down economy that they are grasping at straws to avoid paying you your money.

It takes longer to reply in this thread than to handle business.
Epass is a big part of my business and allows me to get payments from customers from all corners of the globe. If they needed me to get on the phone with them once a month to voice verify me, id call them at scheduled time, no problem.
This is business people, treat it like one and stop hiding.
