:D I think all your clients know at least Matt, who helped me out flawlessly numerous times. I just searched my ICQ logs with him from last months [these are ICQ replies to his lightning fast ticket 'resolve-reports']:

You should have a message board for clients to post (anonymous) comments for the technicians. Sometimes I feel I'm unable to tell them how grateful I am for their support.
