DIRT and GRID are fun driving games along with FORZA 2 if you want to be a bit more serious. FORZA 3 is coming out soon and I'm hearing it's going to be awesome.
I just started playing COD4 on LIVE and it's been non stop action with some jaw dropping moments for sure. So many great games to play right now with several more set to release this fall.
