The real question is why the fuck CCBill makes you have two thousand different affiliate IDs... that's absurd... You should be able to apply new sponsors to the same ID...
It's confusing as hell at first and a serious pain in the ass... as you are now experiencing.
And, why does their affiliate interface look like it hasn't been updated since 1995?
