We finally moved all our ad code from MadisonAve to Ero-Advertising and it's working great. Much simpler interface than Madave and all the same options. If you used to buy spots on Naughty & Cam4 from Madave, you can now get the same spots at Ero. for Gay, Straight, Shemale and geo-targeted. If you are looking for an ad network, I would recommend them. Jan has been super helpful in all this.
