Dual Xeon Server.. it's winning.. Finally got XP on it.. BSOD at boot..

Ran into something comical,
I guess the safemode loading screen where it shows all of the files it's loading basically just stops at agp440.sys.. for no apparent reason, it just doesn't write anything past that. All of these people were complaining that the last thing they say was that file. So microsoft wrote a KBB article on how to disable agp440.sys. LoL over here.

Anyway here I am battling with this motherfucker because XP setup could not see the drives. No matter what in the fuck I did. So I finally find an obscure driver straight from the manufacturer .. that works. That's a long story.

Now I have a BSOD when it tries to boot and finish setup (where you see the XP logo screen with the bars going across)
I've disconnected every piece of hardware in the machine .. right down to the mouse and keyboard. .. especially the ram .. I changed all of the relevant settings in the bios .. I've done fucking everything

I've also done chkdsk /r

This is a very very vauge generic BSOD to the effect of if you've installed any new hardware, this and that, the classic informationless BSOD
Not even any of that stupid off the wall text.. Like page_fault___on_mars

What do you do when you've done absolutely everything and it's still broken?
Could it be because I've slipstreamed the service packs?
I'm going to try the one thing I haven't.. uninstalling SP3.. if you can even do that when it's slipstreamed. Which you can, right, because it just installs them the same way you would yourself, right?
