How is your VOD based site working out for you? I've just started producing and have been selling clips on clips4sale and related sites and DVDs through the various auction sites. Once I have enough content I'd like to start my own site and am trying to figure out if VOD is more profitable than subscription based sites. It'd be much appreciated if you could list some pros and cons.
