forums.digitalpoint.com you can find some great information, there is a general chat area, but there are different forums about seo, keyword research, google, link building, marketing, etc and lots of great info in there.
sure, on all boards you are going to find people that add very little, but let me say if you stick to threads that have a large number of replies about a particular topic, you can get some great info from some experienced people
i stick to digitalpoint, and sometimes sitepoint, also there is a buy/sell forum with 600 people in there at a time and you can get low quality odd jobs done by indians for $2/hr
